I provide strategic consulting and advisory services to foster company growth and innovation and to help companies develop and execute growth strategies, using digital technology as a critical driver. My specialty is in helping business leaders drive EBITDA growth through innovative strategic planning, organizational structure alignment, and low cost customer acquisition.
My experience in starting and building multiple ecommerce businesses (GTM strategy), my deep expertise in the digital sales and marketing funnel (acquisition and CRM), my strategic omnichannel firepower (customer experience and branding), my two decades of experience in building and aligning teams (organizational structures), and my network of technology leaders, investors, service providers and practitioners (connections), allows me to accelerate growth quickly and efficiently when both time and cost are constraining factors.
